I have been so frustrated with the lack of merch from the beginning, I'm currently redecorating my gaming/office space and would love some WoT merch to display, but no, I have to settle for lord of the rings, final fantasy and star wars no actually thats all getting put in a cardboard box and stored till that franchise does a do-over as its an embarrassment these days.

I'm so willing to drop some cash on some high-quality replicas , especially if they're numbered and rare. It's crazy to me that they missed out on so much money by not having any merch ready when the first season came out. Someone should get fired

This is a big part of why I love attending events like JordanCon: SO MUCH fan-made merch and art that you couldn't get otherwise. It's just a real shame that it's difficult to find it unless you're actually able to get to an event.

I really thought that part of the reason for the re-design of the rings was going to be for merch purposes. Like HP house colors, or GOT house merch. I have a silver AS/ouroboros ring I've been wearing since 2005 (because gold was waaaaay too pricey lol), and I can totally see a lot of new show-based fans (and book fans!) buying Ajah-color specific rings, or collecting all of them.

Anyone else kinda ticked that there doesn't seem to be any kind of merchandising happening for the show? I would buy the crap out of all sorts of things WoT related, but there doesn't seem to be much around. Like there should be a whole Amazon shop - isn't that literally their thing?

It really does seem like someone doesn't want to make money. The lack of merch really is hard to wrap ones head around.
