I was reminded yesterday of the fable of the buffalo and the cow. The Cow, when faced with an oncoming storm, turns and runs away, wears itself out, and still gets caught by the storm and ends up in it even longer. The Buffalo runs straight at the storm and through it - it may be scary as hell but it makes the storm pass more quickly and the buffalo has more life and energy on the other side. Don't be a cow.
