Right? I work from home in my kitchen, and my husband is furloughed and always right here. I got out of my way to make sure that all snacks are readily available to both of them - the cheese they like is broken out of it's package, so is the yogurt, the grapes are snipped from the vine in small bunches, there are plenty of juices and waters all lined up, they're free to eat as many berries as they'd like - it's literally a Pinterest mom fridge. And the cupboard snacks are in much the same layout. Yet they always come to me wanting something EVEN WHEN MY HUSBAND IS LITERALLY RIGHT THERE. And it's not like he's an absent dad, he's been a 50/50 dad the whole time, even spending several months at a time as a stay at home dad when his mom was sick! What the french, toast.
Less serious and less grumpy avatar it will be from now on and all shall despair no more and all shall rejoice with the sight of positive(not Covidwise) Lyndo!
