Cancellation before the final payment deadline is fine, but the deposit is always non-refundable so you'd forfeit $50/ticket.

If you cancel after the payment deadline, then you have to wait until after the party to see if we're able to refund or not. It would depend on factors such as did we reserve an extra room/food/supplies/etc for you which we then still had to pay for even though you didn't actually attend. It's a case by case discussion, but we'd talk about it and go from there. the deposit again is always non-refundable.

It’s really quite an epic place. Plus, for me, it’s nice that it’s fairly close by and totally drive-able. One of these years when I have time to be the Local Liaison, I’ll be submitting to have FB at the PA Renn Faire which I think will be such a fab place for a FB.

I was thinking it would be awesome to have a bunch of us train for and run a race the Saturday of FB, but the only race is a 10k, not a 5k. (Not that it isn't possible to train for a 10k with this much lead time, but 5k would take less of our time)

Also: There's a 10k going down in Sleepy Hollow the weekend of Fall Ball. Expect road closures.
