There are so many people I'd like to see in it, now I just need to figure out what would actually be a good fit.

Starting out, I would say Mads Mikkelsen for Lan.

I would also like to see Nick Offerman as a role...I feel like he could play any of a dozen characters.

If it wasn't Emilia Clarke, I could also see Alicia Vikander since sometimes I can't tell them apart.

I agree with everything except Mike Colter. Isn't Juilin supposed to be a small, slight man? That's how I always pictured him, anyway. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't remember his descriptions.

I would not be sad about Bradley James as Rand, though I like the idea of bringing in newer actors so we can observe their growth through the series.

All the fantasy casting I've done over the years probably needs to be updated :P

I always thought Sean Connery would make a great Thom. Right age, great voice for a gleeman... I wouldn't be mad about Jeremy Irons either though.
