With the re-structuring of Moderation, we have brought on a new team. Please help me welcome them.

The site has introduced two new Positions, the Chair of Rebuke and the Seat of Pardon.
To give a summary of what these new positions entail:
Chair of Rebuke
Seat of Pardon
The Chair and Seat are only utilized for incidents that the moderation team deems necessary. They will not be used for every moderated action that passes over my team's desk.

For our Seat of Pardon, please welcome @Jahily al’Karee
While both Alenya & Jahily occupy these special roles, they will also perform general moderation duties with Dianna, Dorian, and Ranyor.

- Focuses on applying the Code of Conduct and Discipline Guide to actions that occur on the forums and in Discord
- Makes recommendations to the Director in consultation with the Seat of Pardon
Seat of Pardon
- Focuses on advocating for members who trigger moderation action
- Reaches out to accused members to get their side of the story
- Makes recommendations to the Director in consultation with the Chair of Rebuke
The Chair and Seat are only utilized for incidents that the moderation team deems necessary. They will not be used for every moderated action that passes over my team's desk.
