I could have sworn I've seen this question asked before but I couldn't find it. I have a friend who is trying to join but keeps getting rejected when they try to make an account. What does he need to do next?

Let @Qamra Daielin know and she'll share with Gatekeepers to not reject them. They try not to reject actual people, but sometimes people register with an account that looks like a bot username/email or it gets flagged by the system automatically.
