Does anyone have an idea of what registration cost will likely be - I'm just trying to plan a budget as best I can - I understand if it changes a bit, but an estimate would be great.

In the past I think it's been +/- $200, it varies based on a number of factors. Those will be announced for registration but in the meantime aim higher than 200 for saving and if it's cheaper then that's just extra spending money
