I was under the impression that Washington Anni, there was a rental fee for the sheets/pillows/pillow cases....

One Anni, we had to bring our own bedding, and one option was to purchase cheap bedding sets and use those, then donate them at the end of the weekend. That was one of the ones I didn't go to so I'm not entirely sure which one it was.

@Melisande Arneil I think they mean an option to pay extra money and have the sheets purchased by us. I believe at the Washington Anni Brandon refers to, attendees could keep the sheets or donate them at the end of the weekend.

Actually I didn't know that we did that for Washington Anni. But that's cool that we did.

I would also love to know if tent camping is possible! Mainly because I know I'm not going to be able to fall asleep in a room with that many people and after the six hour drive sleep would be good.

To clarify, because there have been concerns about the size of the rooms. We are getting 6 cabins, yes. But each cabin has 2 entirely separate rooms. We are getting 12 rooms that sleep 8 people each. So are you worried about a room with up to 7 other people in there with you (which would only happen if we're at max capacity!) or a room with 16?

...a room with 2 might bug some, and no judgment if that's the case.

I would still want a tent personally, I have been told I snore due to sleep apnea and I really don't want to disturb anyone else. If there is anyway you can find out for certain or not if tents are allowed that be excellent

If you do decide on a tent and it is approved, would you be the hero of the tent dwellers and volunteer to be the one furthest out? In-case of robbers or trolloc invasions, I don't want to die. This would give me plenty of time to run away you see. :rofl

I remember someone saying that there is a group from Central IL carpooling - I wanted to check on that again. I'm from Northern, IL, so I'd probably have to drive to meet you guys down there, and I probably wouldn't be the best to drive because my car is small.

I can't decide if I want to drive my own vehicle or rent one, tbh. I have a mid-size SUV but it's still only two rows. Depending on travel coordination, I guess if I'm swooping anyone up on the way will be the determining factor.
