We know that Nynaeve is very good at Healing, and Lews Therin Telamon shows that it's possible to heal madness/insanity.
Consider the following. Right now, with the Last Battle about to get started, Mesaana is basically a prisoner of the white tower. She is insane, but I suspect she knows a lot of stuff that the Good Guys would want to know. Particularly if the Aes Sedai are going to confront Rand at the Fields of Merrilor -- perfect way to bring him up to speed if he needs information on the Forsaken, who Demandred is, and so forth.
So...fit Mesaana with the a'dam so she remains under control and have Nynaeve Heal her. Once you Heal her, interrogate her. Then kill her. Who knows, she could seek asylum with the Aes Sedai sisters once she realizes Shaidar Haran and so forth won't be happy she was interrogated.
I wonder if she'll be easy to break with the a'dam around her neck. Rand had Asmodean, now Egwene has Mesaana. And this time Shaidar Haran is probably going to be too busy to rescue Mesaana.
