I have a question about the registration for earlier arrival with the hotel. When will this be fixed? Because right now we think about maybe arriving a week early and maybe bringing some friends along (not to the party, but for the week before).

It'll be fixed at the close of the payment period (main payment, not late payment). At the moment those are the only dates we've negotiated for but I can always reach out again if needed for longer periods of time.
