No bb code access?

Bb Code and all of menu for inserting gifs etc... is greyed out. I can't use any of it. Just me? I can still use the bbcode tags that I remember

Check if you've pressed by mistake the square brackets [ ] next to the Preview button. That usually creates the effect you're talking about.

Um..... clearly I did that at some point. That fixed it. Thank you! Now I need to not do it again.
