Horray Aiyana! Let's be novices together! Have you any idea what Ajah you will choose? I have an affinity for the Yellow and just for grins I took an online quiz and came up 90% Yellow Ajah, guess my intuition was correct.

So zealous, Ela. In fact, when you apply for Citizenship and become a Citizen, you only really get into the city of Tar Valon, not the White Tower, itself. The Tower is for when you finally become a Novice. And as for the Ajah choosing, whereas there are many similarities between the book Ajahs and the ones we have here, I would recommend that you keep an open mind and guest once you're an Accepted to see if you might find your home elsewhere. If it were the books, I would have most likely been in the Yellow, myself, but here I am not so ready to jump headfirst.

Great to have you here! You might really surprise yourself- starting in a few more months you'll also have the option to become a Warder if you so choose- but enjoy the process, one thing I love about the Tower is that every stage was fun. I dawdled along my path and just earned the shawl this year, and I'm glad I took my time- even if it did drive my Mentor nuts.

In my experience, I have also found that the ajahs on the site are much different than those in the books. And of course our companies are entirely unique.
