Alright ladies and gentlemen, at long last I am ready to replace Laithean Cor'dazar as the Community Care Coordinator (CCC) in the Department of Community Outreach. This position will be working directly with me and is an administor level position. It will serve as one of the three legs of the Department with Alora leading the Department of Outreach events team and the future Servant of All Coordinator.
New energy and ideas are very welcome, and as such, members of any rank are invited to apply!
Overview
The Community Care Coordinator is an admin position in the Department of Community Outreach, working directly with the Director of Community Outreach on internal functions of the department including small pop-up fundraisers and outreach events (think the voice drive or blood drive), marketing for our fundraisers, maintaining the department's wiki, and internal communications via collaboration with the Tower Voices and the TarValonTimes.
I am really excited to bring someone new into this position who will assist to streamline the Department of Community Outreach and maintain an active and regular presence throughout the TarValon.Net community. The idea candidate will bring in new ideas as well as leadership experience.

Requirements
- Must be an active member of at least one year, of any rank.
- Must be in good standing with the Tower.
- Must be able to dedicate 10-15 hours per week to this position, though the specific time needed will fluctuate.
- Must be active, very organized, and have the ability to pay attention to details.
- Must have good interpersonal skills as you will be working directly with Members and Staff in a leadership role.
- Must stay in contact with the Director of Community Outreach.
- Experience or a willingness to learn Wiki editing.
- Experience with Google Drive (Docs) is a plus!
Duties
The Community Care Coordinator will have several primary functions dealing with internal (to the site) aspects of the Department of Community as follows:
- Supporting and co-creating the Annual Operational Fundraiser, Maintaining the Tower.
- Researching and writing outreach activities and opportunities.
- Communications to the TarValon.Net community
- Maintaining Department Wiki
- Pop-Up Fundraisers and Awareness activities
This will include brainstorming, leading staff, working with the Director and other Execs and Officers as well as the Outreach Activities Team and Servant of All Staff to collaborate activities and campaigns to promote fundraisers and awareness activities, i.e.: pink ribbon hunt and donations to Komen for the Cure.
