I am new to the Wheel of Time Series. I am currently working through book 4. Currently my favorite main character is Rand. My favorite secondary character is Elaine.
I am listening to the audiobooks so please forgive any name spellings.

R.J. had a very unique way of spelling things so it's not surprising that someone only listening to the audio would misspell words from the series.
The Half-men, or Fades being a great example phonetically it's Mur-Dall but R.J. decided to spell it Myrddaal (possibly derived from the words Murder All).
