I had a disk failure Wednesday night, and so I had to reinstall Debian yesterday. Decided to use open source chromium instead of the Google Chrome package (Why not, after all? I kept Flash disabled all the time anyway, and I think the only other thing I've noticed Chrome not having vs Chromium is H.264 video which doesn't seem to be a problem either, at least not with YouTube - might as well use the open source package built just for Debian.)
Noticed a couple of oddities since then:
1) As I noted in the forum bugs thread, I no longer appear to be able to use the username autocompletion when sending PMs. Even if I type in the full first name of a Tower member, not just a couple letters, I still don't get a complete option.
2) The WYSIWYG editor no longer appears to work correctly (the Standard Editor option appears to work just ducky, though). In particular, any multi-paragraph post gets rammed together into a single paragraph with no line breaks at all ...
Did something change in vB the last couple days or is there some specific detail in the official binary Google Chrome that doesn't work with the open-source edition?
