Hi All,
I have never joined a site like this before...but I've always wanted to. Anywho I wanted to say, "Hello". I'm quite tired so this isn't what it could be or should be as an introduction. Also, I would ahve come up with a more clever name if I had realized my actual handle would end up being "soviet"...not very WOT. A little background info, I'm 37 years old and I double majored in Political Science and History. I am employed by a large telecomminucations as an Intraday Analyst, and I'm back in school for another degree in Database Administration. I enjoy traveling as much as possible, and spent a year abroad at uni in London. My older brother lives in Leeds, UK and my younger brother in Germany. I live just outside of Washington, DC.
As my bio says I was 15 when the first Wheel Of Time book was released and it was the one fantasy series I allowed myself to continue with no matter what. I've become a bit more liberal in my reading habits again since I don't have to devote as much time to my studies any longer. I still haven't completed "A Memory Of Light" (what a terrific name for a final book...fills me with sadness for all the characters I've come to love). I decided to re-read the series before completing "A Memory Of Light".
Cheers...I look forward to getting to know all of you!
