I'm not sure I liked the oath rod thing or the 'or else' tacked on at the end. Since Mo is a Sedai, if she just swore to not come back unless Siuan allowed her to, then she would be forced to do that, right? And the 'or else isn't necessary, since the oath rod FORCES you to follow whatever...
