Indeed....I spent years trying to 'Sedai-up' and I think it made my mental issues worse....

Definitely not my favorite episode....I feel like all of the Loial scenes are too abrupt and Mat being left behind at the Ways....?!? I know changes have to be made for reasons but leaving Mat behind just doesn't make sense at all....
