I think what brings me back to epic fantasies like LOTR and WoT is how rich, deep and timely they are. Every time I reread WoT, I notice new details and gain new meanings. I'm a very fast reader with a great memory, so its very refreshing to find a series I can read again and again without it being boring.

Maddie, I read in much the same manner, and in addition to picking up on perhaps previously skimmed details on subsequent readings, changes in my own perspectives that have occurred since a past reading also influence a different perception of the same writing.
