Moderation post
What you see if you are trying to edit a post without having picked a post to moderate.
That is if you have check the red box to the right, before the green box down left as shown in the picture below
To moderate a specific post, click in the check box shown in red circle below.
When you have selected a post to edit.

Moderation thread
To edit a thread click in the checkbox to the right of the Edit text in the red circle,
then you will receive a bar on the bottom of your browser windows with different options to choose.
List over the options you have for Choose action.
Example. Delete threads, when you pick Delete threads and other options you will have to click go.
Delete thread options after you have clicked go after choosing Delete threads.

To undelete a thread pick edit on a deleted thread.
Then choose undelete threads options, and press Go, and after that thread will be back
Move thread options

Moderation thread alternative way, also known as moderate the thread from inside the thread.
The options of Lock thread, Stick Thread has no options, they will just have as soon as you pick them.

Reports!
When anything on the boards is reported, it creates a report and If it’s an area in which you have moderation rights, it will show on the top bar on the right side beside mod tools.
If you click on Reports, it will show ONLY the reports that you are responsible for as a moderator. If a report is made in an area in which you are not a mod, you will NOT see the report.
If you click on the title, you will see several options. You can comment on it.
Or it can be assigned to someone to look at (Note, it will ONLY show people that have mod access to the forums the post is in):
Then when the issue is dealt with, you can go back to that update tab and close it:
It can also be rejected. When its closed or rejected, it shows in the comment update with the reasons given:
And once you've done that, a notification will go to the user reporting the issue. It shows the post name, whether it was closed or rejected and the reason given:
Once closed, it will show in the Closed Reports section which show whether it was closed or rejected, etc. It can also be re-opened if needed.
