We received feedback that these were difficult to find, so I'm taking a moment to let everyone know where to find them!
Look at the bottom of this page -- and any page you're on in Xenforo. You should see links for "Terms and Rules" and "Privacy policy*." The "Terms and Rules" includes three documents currently:
All of these are also available in the Library. This page links to the General Information category, where all 4 of these documents can be found (among others).
If any substantive changes are made to the documents, they will be pushed out again to everyone for acknowledgements. Some sort of change log will be communicated. Next up on my list for adding in will be a whistleblower policy and adding data retention language to the privacy policy.
*Getting that 2nd "p" capitalized is on the radar, but we've been busy with other things.

- Discipline Process
