What do you think? Clearly these are "travelling on the road" kind of garments and not fancy silk dresses (which is what I want to see one day ).

My favorite is Nynaeve's green sheepskin jacket by far since it has some personality. You can definitely find "green shearling" in my search history already

I think you could start making these costumes either with renaissance faire-ish shirts and pants patterns. If you live in a cold climate, maybe you could thrift shearling? That would be the biggest expense by far to replicate.

I think Moiraine’s costume is my favorite out of the bunch, with Lan’s being my least favorite. I’m hoping to see the Gaidin-cloak, that’d save his costume for me.

They also seem to be dropping the shawls in favor of like full themed-color outfits/over-coats for the Ajahs. I am living for Moiraine's look despite that they didn't dig a ditch to make her four feet tall. Egwene is giving me Zasha on a good day in RL.

I really like the vibe of the costumes. In my minds eye I was envisioning 18th century, but I like the historical hints that are there.

In regards to the shearling, I would think that fleece blankets (specifically the sherpa style) would be cheaper and easier to find if you're costumes these on a budget.

So how (if at all) would Mat's coat fasten? Is it meant to just hang loose like that? Looking at the high quality image, the hem is threadbare as well. He kinda gives off the vibe that he's not fashion-conscious, which is funny given what he ends up wearing in the books. And is Marcus/Perrin wearing a ring, and if so, did he forget to take off his own wedding ring, is it Perrin's wedding ring, or is it just decorative? And look how big Moiraine's ring is!

Maybe a belt tied around? I don't see anything button or hook/eye ish.

First impressions: I'm in love with all the coats, especially Nynaeve's, but Rand's looks pretty interesting also. Rand's coat looks like it has some kind of tie on his right side hanging down, and Perrin's appears to button at the top, so maybe Mat's has one of those and we just can't see it.

And the boots. I'm gonna need a pair of those please

I LOVE Siuan's outfit. I just noticed the rainbow in her collar! What a way to represent the stole.

Wow, the details! After seeing the trailer I have a much better idea of the aesthetic the costume designer is going for, it seems to almost be a bit futuristic fantasy with those sharp shoulders. I really like it.

I love all of these! They are all so pretty! And they all look different, which is also really nice to see!

I really do not like Siuan's outfit I find it hideous And I don't like the lack of Stole both on the Amyrlin (I do not like the subtle stole on her dress' colar or whatever) and the Keeper. I really like how strong the Amyrlin looks though!
