Nice! What are you liking to smoke? I have been doing a variety of roasts and ribs. So good! I actually was able to attend a competition and a class about a decade ago, but I am just getting back into it now and I feel like I am learning from scratch again.

I have done quite a bit. Pork Butt is one of the things I do best (its also kind of the easiest to do), I've done brisket a few times and they turned out good. I've done wings and chicken in a variety of ways. I've done ribs but they did not turn out as good as I would have liked (needed more time to get up to a higher temp to be more tender). I did smoke a ham for Thanksgiving that was really good and I've have done pizza.
