Outlook email not recognising sysadmin@ for email notifications

I'm having a problem with the email I use for my Tower account. I switched from my old gmail to a new Outlook email recently due to system storage overload from migrating two other Google accounts in (my old narysse@ account and my school account when both closed).

This morning I changed to the Outlook account for Tower notifications and none of the 3 confirmation requests came thru and I was totally locked out of all member and senior member forums with zero posting privileges whatsoever.

I poked Qamra on Discord and we got the privileges fixed but even after adding sysadmin@ to my Outlook contacts I am still not getting any of her test emails from the sysadmin@ address. However, I AM getting emails from my professors who do have university Gmail accounts.

Help???

I've looked through the mail logs and it seems that microsoft is blocking our mail server.

I've contacted them to see if we can resolve this. In the meantime, if you are using a .live or .outlook email address, chances are, you're not getting emails from the boards.

nvm, Brown Out of epic proportions in which I forgot that I had the Tower on offline alert. :facepalm-1::eyes::embarassed::censored:

Related problem: The old email is still being used as a sort of co-default email.......not quite sure why.
