Do you have the perfect spot for a Spring Fling location? Are you Tired of traveling across the continent when there are amazing places for us to host the event in your backyard? Has it been a while, and you're ready for the Tower to throw another party in your neck of the woods?

If you would like to bid on a location for our Spring Fling 2026 event, please fill out THIS FORM RIGHT HERE and send a quick e-mail titled "2026 SPRING FLING BID - YOUR LOCATION" to events@tarvalon.net, keeper@tarvalon.net, and amyrlin@tarvalon.net. (and yes, you need to send it to all 3 so we know to look for your bid!)

I've also included a link to a page that lays out all of the questions from the form so that you can see them in advance and know what we're looking for and how to fill out the form itself. BID QUESTIONS

Bids need to be submitted by JUNE 30, 2025.

Things to keep in mind when submitting a bid:
  • If your bid is selected, YOU will be an integral part of the planning. By making a bid, you are volunteering to be the Local Liaison. What does that mean? Follow this link! LOCAL LIAISON GUIDELINES
  • Spring Fling is replacing our traditional Fall Ball and will be held in the Spring (Feb-May) in a hotel over the course of a weekend (Friday-Sunday).
  • Preferred site locations are near tourist or other fun activities. We will also be giving preference to areas with an active local event history.
  • Projected Spring Fling attendance is 15-30 people.

Here is a link to the locations of past events, including all Fall Balls: ALL THE PAST FANCY PLACES

Please feel free to send me an email if you have any questions, and we're looking forward to seeing your bids!

As I have received no bids, I will leave this open for a bit longer :)

I’m not sure what you are asking?
Spring Fling is between Feb - May, depending on location over a weekend, Fri - Sun.

That was my question I couldn't remeber the time frame.

awesome
