What other things do you like to do besides reading?

Thank you for the welcome. I like to write, play with my animals, roleplay. I like to go to events if I can but, due to covid, I have not very much done so.

I also like to dress up/ cosplay.

I am very much in love with my name, thank you for the kind words. I have seen some interesting baby names, but nothing I have really liked. But, very much ones that I blink at. Though, I really do not want to see another Hayden, Kayden, Jayden again this year.

1. Who is your favourite character in The Wheel of Time and why?
   
   I was dragged here kicking and screaming by @Cerine Al'Rhynar. This is to say, We are watching the show, and I am self reading the books, but I have not yet a favorite. That being said, my tastes tend to change and shift, so I may not ever find myself with one.

3. What do you do? I work on a Labor and Delivery Unit, as a "Health Unit Coordinator", I check people in, and make sure your charts and all are in order. I also put the newborns into the medical system.
   
   
4. Where are you from? What languages to you speak? I was born in Germany, but live in the States. I speak English, and very small amounts of Spanish.
   
   
5. What is your favourite book or author other than Robert Jordan and The Wheel of Time? I honestly have too many to name, I love books period. I am re-reading a childhood favorite/ Young adult Series called Drama High by L. Divine however.

1) Perrin is my favorite character. His challenges dealing with his own self doubt really resonate with me.
2) Found the tweet saying that the forums were here.
3) I'm an engineer working in product certification and production compliance. If you've seen a UL mark before and know what that means, you have an idea of what I do.
4) I'm from the US. I've lived on both coasts, but never in the Midwest. Having been there once for business, not sure I'd make it if I had to live there.
5) I really enjoy the "King Raven" series by Stephen Lawhead and "William Shakespeare's Star Wars: Verily a New Hope" by Ian Doescher. The first is a three book take on the probable origin stories for the Robin Hood legends. The latter is Star Wars translated wonderfully into iambic pentameter.
