No one is able to edit this thread who is not an administrator and a moderator of some sort, unless they edit it to be a sticky first. No one is able to create announcements anywhere now.

So I think making this thread global was very helpful and a very good idea. But as it starts to wind down, where should we plan to look for it in the future when it is un-globalized?
