Ive only tried toTalisker 10. The only Islay I can enjoy so far is Bowmore. I am more a Speyside Sherry finished guy. Glenfarclas 25 is my idea of perfection.

A commendable choice, aye.
The 10 is what I call (and I used to live on Skye, 10 minutes from the Distillery) the Distillery Store ‘Staple’ entry Whisky. The 57º North is (in a totally good way you can only understand once you’ve tasted it) ‘Good, Rough and Old Fashioned Experience’. :eat
