I used to be a big ‘Islay Malt’ drinker. Throw in some ‘Speyside’ and the odd bottle or two of ‘Special Cask’ stuff.

If you get a chance and it’s somehow available where you are, try out ‘57º North’ by ‘Talisker. Now that’s the kind of after taste a person can get used to having!
