99% of the time, I’m doing pulled pork, which is mustard for me, when I do brisket, I’ll go savory. Chicken is whatever I happen to have on hand because it all goes with chicken for me.For me it depends on what I'm making. Pulled pork, savory and spicy, beef ribs sweet, pork ribs are dealers choice, chicken I prefer a mustard based sauce for sure
