Aes Sedai
On behalf of the Ahmyra al'Ruley, First Reasoner of the White Ajah:
"It is with a heavy heart that we announce that Sean, aka Liam al'Eire, Aes Sedai of the White Ajah, has passed away this afternoon. For those of you who didn't get the chance to get to know him, Sean was an ex firefighter, ex Border Patrol officer in Texas, and had been fast tracking to become a RN before his health compromised that goal. He was the kind of man that gave you the shirt off his back even if it meant he would die of exposure. He was humble and kind, strong and courageous. When everyone else was running away from chaos and danger, he was running towards it. He was still, in the midst of the unknown, reaching out to comfort others, to give of himself and his time and talents for everyone else.
He had been waiting for a kidney and liver transplant for over 10 years. Back in February of this year, he got the call that a donor had been found. He went into surgery extremely hopeful that this would be the end of this story. However, the surgeon in Chicago did not feel confident in his skills to do the surgery and keep Liam alive, so they stopped and did not complete the surgery. Liam had been in and out of the hospital numerous times since then.
After a multitude of tests, exploring every possible avenue that doctors could think of, Liam was informed that he was no longer a viable candidate for transplant, and was removed from the lists in late September/early October. He is survived by his parents, brother, daughter and grandson, along with all of his family and friends here in the White Ajah, and in the Tower."
Tai'Shar el'Eire- I will miss you, my friend.
