Arinna holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Biology from the prestigious Johns Hopkins University and currently works as a Patent Examiner for the U.S. Government, demonstrating her expertise in precision, analysis, and critical thinking. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is deeply involved in her community, serving as an active member of the Episcopalian Church, The City Choir of Washington, and the Newcomb College Alumnae Association.
At TarValon.net, Arinna has been a steadfast member of the Gray Ajah, contributing her talents in a variety of roles. She has served as Discord Gatekeeper, Heart of the Gray Ajah, Guild Leader of the Fitness Club, Library Editor, Moderator, Chat Operator, and Servant of All Coordinator. Her dedication and service were recognized when she received The Amyrlin's Award: Philanthropist of the Year.
Arinna’s professional and volunteer experiences have honed her exceptional skills as a strong communicator, detail-oriented leader, and effective collaborator. With her varied leadership experience, she brings a fresh perspective to the site, a willingness to embrace change, and an approach to interactions that will undoubtedly inspire and uplift our community.
In her spare time, Arinna enjoys powerlifting and immersing herself in epic fantasy novels, reflecting her drive for personal growth and her love for the imaginative worlds that unite many of us.
