I haven't read anything by Shannon Messenger. Which book would you start with if you were a new Messenger reader?

My mother got me her Keeper of the Lost Cities, so I've been reading that. It is still going, and in the later books she leaves some of the worst cliffhangers, but over all, it is a good series.
