I've been looking in the Library but I can't find the information... Is there a spreadsheet somewhere? I'm wondering how many people are in each community group. Thanks!

Hope it’s ok I ask a follow up question in your (very interesting!) thread Seryse; but what exactly lays behind the numbers of active group members cause some are like very high numbers(?) is it like logged into the site the last year or is it anything goes like one like on Facebook/instagram or…? Like how active (and where) is counted as active?

It is mostly activity on the boards. If they have posted recently and we've seen them around they count as "active". Could even be in their chambers. However, in that case the Membership Admin might want to tell the Historian to mark the person active if they were marked as absent.

I know some numbers might seem high for the Aes Sedai and Gaidin, but it could be because some of them post in the more private forums or at least forums which only SMs see :/

It can also be active in discord. When we did membership clean ups, we used that - if an SM didn't respond, they were considered inactive, if they did, even if it was limited to "yes, I still consider myself part of the community", they were active. Now that we don't do that, it is based on several factors - some community groups atually keep their own list of who is active, and in those cases, we will go by what they tell us
