Well that's concerning. Apparently Harris went silent on social media a while ago and hasn't been seen in any season 2 filming photos. I wonder if something happened? Only reasons I can think of for a sudden disappearance and recast like this are all not good things...

We haven't had any Seanchan or Borderlanders cast yet, so it stands to reason we're going to be getting a lot of those characters for Season Two if they use those storylines. We also don't have Morgase yet.

I am getting really strong Verin vibes from Meera Syal, and Natasha O'Keeffe screams Seanchan.

Lanfear shows up in book 2 which is why I'm thinking it may be her. And Verin is around a lot as well in book 2.

My initial thought was Faile and Verin. But, the fact that Rafe said Natasha O'Keeffe is playing "one of the most important characters of the series" makes me lean towards Lanfear as well. It'd also make sense that they wouldn't announce Lanfear's casting openly ahead of time, since they might want her reveal to be more of a surprise.

Yeah, my thoughts as she might be escorting Elayne to the Tower and meet Rand that way instead of in Caemlyn. Her prophetic ability kinda hints pretty early on that he has things in his future...
