How long does the survey run?

The survey will be open and available for responses through March 1st EST at midnight.

What is the Membership Survey?
The membership survey is a tool that our Execs use to make decisions at the Administrative Meetings. The results of the survey will help to improve your experience at TarValon.net. We need lots of input! So please, let your voice be heard. The more participation the better!

I need to stop in the middle of the survey. Can I save my progress?
Yes! You can! At the bottom of the screen you will see the option to "resume later". Remember to save often! The survey will time out on you after 10 minutes of inactivity (inactivity meaning 10 minutes of not switching between pages of the survey).

How do I indicate that I want to be contacted about a certain issue?
At the end of each section you will be asked if you'd like to be contacted about the answers you have provided. If you select "yes" then you will be asked to provide an email address or Tower name.

OMG I don't have a second or least favorite forum! What do I do??
You have the option to leave it blank. So, if you don't want to select more than just a favorite then that's fine!

Other important stuff to note:
All fields are optional. So, if you don't want to give your name, race, income, etc. then you don't have to. This year we continued the option for you to select to be contacted by a Department Admin. about any issues you bring up if you so choose.

Who will see this data?
The only people to have access to the full results of the survey are Mirandha Sedai and Calypsa Sedai. The Survey Team will see the results with no identifying information attached to it. Execs will receive data that does not have any identifying information unless you provide a way to be contacted about a specific issue if you wish.

Umm...it's 2014 now....
We call it the 2013 Membership Survey because it is collecting your thoughts and opinions on what happened in the previous year.
