Thanks again to so many people for their important contributions. This was a massive project that @Mieriana Souvra started with @Sa'areah Britthorn and I simply have the pleasure of putting the final editing touches on the groundwork they established. The Executive team reviewed it and the participants in the Community Feedback forum further provided valuable input.

The content is now officially approved. However, it's not quite in the Library yet. My vision is to break it down into manageable sections so that it is more reader friendly. But in the interest of transparency for the greater community and in case anyone has not yet seen the content and wants to, here's the link to the Google doc: https://docs.google.com/document/d/17l8gc8lVFXm2o7ttIJBHUmk8EB_J_KJI1AEklW-fR-M/edit?usp=sharing

When it is documented in the Library, I'll post the link(s) here to insure further community visibility. If you wish to provide feedback on the content, please do so in the Community Feedback forum and/or shoot me an email anytime. Thanks, everyone!

Thank you to everyone that contributed. I had not seen this before so apologize for last minute suggestions for inclusion in verbiage.
In Section “Inappropriate behavior may include:” I suggest adding “Deadnaming” alongside “Name Calling.”
Under, “Potential inappropriate behavior may include all of the examples for warnings plus: ”
Suggest following gender, with “gender identity and expression.” This will safeguard against the binary gender argument.

Thank you the opportunity to review and make suggestions.

Thank you!

I'm wondering if after this: "Purposefully and maliciously smearing TarValon.Net", add "or members of TarValon.Net or any other Wheel of Time fangroups", since there doesn't seem to be anything about that. What happens if Member A talks maliciously about Member B in order to make everyone dislike Member B?

Excellent - thank you to everyone who worked on this!

@Juliya Karisu , I think that could be categorised as bullying at some point?

Thanks to everyone who worked on this!

Are there official definitions for these key terms (both in this guide and in the CoC) coming?

I think I updated these accordingly. Please let me know if it looks right. Thanks!

I totally agree. @Juliya Karisu I clarified that section a little more, I think? Great observation.

Thanks to everyone who worked on this!

I didn't include the same link to the definitions here that I shared in Community Feedback, as they are supplemental to the guide. My vision is for them to be hyperlinked within the Library now that the Accountability Guide itself is public. That way, for folx like us who want to read all the things, we can click for more depth. But others can skip past without being overwhelmed with all the words, if they want. I'm going to work on a tl;dr version of the Accountability Guide for the Library users as well in conjunction with Toral. So, yes & no? Lol. But, if there are certain definitions that you want to see included in the guide and the CoC that aren't in that link, please let me know. I'm happy to chat more about adding more definitions in email, so that we don't derail the announcement here.
