We are pleased to announce that Raevyn Tsornin has accepted the position of our new Cordamora.
Due to the critical nature of this role and the recent interviews conducted for the position, the Board has decided to offer the position of Cordamora first to the previous applicants instead of initiating another lengthy hiring process. We had several strong candidates during the last Cordamora hiring, which made the selection process quite challenging.
Raevyn has been a member of this community nearly since its inception and has held multiple positions, including serving her Ajah as Sitter, Heart, and Head, as well as Mistress of Accepted and Soldiers. She is also the Director of the large volunteer team at Jordan Con. Additionally, Raevyn has been consistently active on Discord and the Boards, and she has attended numerous Real-Life Events, giving her a deep understanding of the various areas of our community.
She brings extensive experience in crisis prevention, which will be invaluable to our community during these challenging times. Her background in therapeutic activities and interventions provides an excellent balance of empathy and firmness. We believe this will help our community feel heard while also facilitating the difficult changes we need to thrive.
