I've been keeping relatively secret for months now that I went back to school--so other TV.net folks in the Hall would not know it was me . I have my first shop classes on the machining tools this Saturday and next week will be a full week learning welding techniques, so I'm pretty stoked over here. Thankyou everyone for this measure of support, it helps ease some of the financial strains.

Thanks folks! Updates from how school is going: I learned some basic welding styles in the last week of August, and have been learning how to use a metal lathe in my weekend shop class days. Next up is learning hoisting and rigging so we know how to safely lift and remove large machine components with hoists to take them for repairs.
