When do we normally do these? Are they anonymous?

So we know the girls put Moghedien in the seanchan collar and we know Moghedien was hiding among the Aes Sedai... When Min sees an Aes Sedai with a collar around her neck while on her way to the Amyrlin in chapter one.. am I the only one that thinks that was Moghedien? I dont think that one...

Do we actually have this up and running? If so where is the info listed?

Under events.. Just curious as we are always going to drop events as soon as the next one comes up? I really do want to be able to go back and buy a shirt from last anni in CO.. I kinda liked the idea also if my shirt got ruined or too small or maybe too big I could always rebuy it!
